If you haven't Succubus Blues was the first book in the Georgina Kincaid series and the sixth and final book Succubus Revealed will be released on August 30, 2011. I love Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy series. She sold her soul to Lilith many thousands of years ago to rectify a mistake she made and she now pays for it with her life. Instead, I enjoyed the conclusion. Georgina Kincaid is a succubus who draws life energy from having sex with mortals. The only time same sex attraction occurred was Georgina had Georgina Kincaid is a succubus who is not living up to her role. I was worried he would turn out to be her love interest, and then I would have to throw the book across the room. After reading the entire Vampire Academy series, I was not Georgina, the protagonist, works in a book store, but apparently no one in the GLBT community reads, or is interested in taking the dancing lessons that she teaches there. I find it unusual, therefore, that I am equally fond of all three series. Mead writes for both the adult and young adult audiences and while all three of her series fall into the urban fantasy genre, each one of them is quite different from the others.
